FREE CONFIDENTIAL 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION CALL

Book a free confidential 15 minute consultation call to help you understand how our team of experienced and qualified therapists will help you restore and improve your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Whatever is troubling you, we will give you space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and worries without judgment and support you to develop coping strategies and to make healthy choices for yourself.

After the 15 minute consultation call, we will schedule an initial assessment session opportunity for you to share some of your story and for us to consider if we are a good ‘fit’ and can assist you. In this session we will gather information about your history and talk through what it is you would like to achieve.

Moving forward, the number of sessions you will need depends on what you are hoping to get from The Listening Space. If you just want to get something off your chest then one or a few sessions may be all that is needed. Sometimes you may have a bigger life issue you want to look at, which can take longer.

As we progress other issues can emerge that you wish to explore, we can then reassess the direction and duration of our work together. We usually find it helpful, after an assessment session, to contract for six weekly sessions, after which we can then review and discuss together how you want to move forward.
